All our mortgage consultants have completed a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. We are an accredited member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and the Credit and Investments Ombudsman (CIO),an ASIC-approved external dispute resolution service. We also carry Professional Indemnity Insurance for your peace of mind.

Based on these requirements we then prepare a finance proposal to source a loan to meet your terms from a panel of over 20+ lenders that we have at our disposal. We listen to your needs and provide sound and friendly advice and will hold your hand through the loan process to help you feel at ease. We’d love the opportunity to assist you, whether it's financing a new purchase, or refinancing an existing one. Sometimes the best place to start, is our no obligation pre-approval.

We first listen to our client’s requirements, then prepare a submission to the lenders. We work closely with all stake holders (i.e. client & bankers) until an approval in principle is achieved. We provide a number of options and then present those to our clients with our recommendation. Ultimately, the decision is yours.

We continue to work closely with you and banker through to settlement. We also provide ongoing responsive support to the client, assisting them with additional requirements: e.g. leasing vehicles, other purchases, review of facilities, insurance etc.
